The site comprises an arable field and is located to the south of Plumtree Road, Cotgrave. The site extends to 13.2 hectares, and is located adjacent to the existing Cotgrave settlement boundary. The village centre is located approximately 400m to the east of the site and provides a range of local services and facilities including a supermarket, petrol station, several public houses, library, café, food takeaways a pharmacy, and schools. Cotgrave Leisure Centre is located 1.1km to the east of the site and offers a range of recreational facilities including a pool, gym and football pitches. The site is within close proximity to two schools.
The site located is in Rushcliffe Borough Council and is currently designated as Green Belt. We will be promoting the site for residential development through the Core Strategy Review process.
