BIRCH COPPICE CASE STUDY
Birch Coppice is a 400 acre industrial distribution park situated at Jct 10 of the M42 and was acquired by IM Properties in 1997. The site was a former colliery which closed in 1987. Planning for Phase 1 was obtained by IM Properties in 2000. Since then we have secured planning for a further two phases of the scheme.
